I purchased a Townhouse in Fall of ’17 w/ Pam as my real estate agent. She came highly recommended to me from an agent whom I have known for years ( but he was swamped w/ other issues). I was hesitant to work w/ a new agent at first, but within the first day of looking, my anxiety was gone! She  suggested places that I would not have thought of, but always kept my budget in mind. She put my miles on her vehicle so we could trek out to properties in both Ulster & Greene counties. I highly recommend Pam if you want a friendly & comfortable approach to purchasing real estate!
